Frequently asked questions
- Can you reset my router or fix my internet connection?
- No. Routerpedia publishes guides only. For hardware faults or ISP outages, contact your internet provider or the router manufacturer. Our guides may help you access the admin panel yourself.
- Why does the default password on your page not work?
- Many ISPs ship routers with custom passwords printed on a label. Firmware updates can also change defaults. Send us your model and label details so we can clarify the guide for others.
- How do I report a security problem with the website?
- Email us via this form with subject “Security report” and a clear description. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable time to respond.
- Can I use Routerpedia content on my blog or video?
- Short quotations with a link to the original page are usually fine. For extensive reuse or commercial republication, contact us with “Licensing” in the subject line first.
